I was 14 when I hosted my first radio show – on hospital radio – and three years later I was on air at one of the UK’s biggest commercial stations, Metro Radio in Newcastle.
This began a journey which included becoming one of the youngest ‘breakfast show’ presenters at the age of 23, one of the most-listened-to afternoon ‘drivetime’ shows in the country, and a move into management with the multi-award-winning Andover Sound before becoming a regional manager for the company that created Who Wants to Be A Millionaire!
These days my radio work includes freelance presenting, syndicated radio shows, and radio consultancy for both stations and presenters, along with those who aspire to be on the radio.
Having successfully become an Ofcom licencee, I can also guide those who are keen to launch their own radio stations in the application, compliance, and station management processes.
I will be launching a range of consulting options soon, but in the meantime please feel free to contact me for support with your radio endeavours.
